Flexible Meeting Space

The Lunda Center offers more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including individual training and video conferencing rooms. All of our training rooms are equipped with the highest level of technology available and furniture flexible enough to meet the most complex meeting arrangements.

Premier Technology

Control the meeting experience with the touch of a button. A speaker's lectern allows you to control the audio/visual equipment from an easy-to-use touch panel screen. The premier technology package is included in your room rental fee and includes a ceiling mounted High Definition LCD projector, drop-down screens, and a High Definition document camera. Every room is also equipped with a PC with Blue-Ray DVD (internet and internet II access included), laptop connectivity, and a wireless-lavaliere microphone.

Dedicated Event Planning

Our event planning staff provides a single point of contact before, during, and after your event. You can feel comfortable knowing that one person will arrange all of your needs based on information provided by you, our customer.

Customized Pricing

We will work with you to identify your needs and provide you with a price quote based on those needs. This type of pricing works for everything from room rental to a complex conference that includes catering, special technology requests, and dedicated trainers.
