Cost and Fees
Residence hall costs/fees are subject to change from year to year. Please contact the Student Life office for current or up to date fees.
The rental fee includes the following:
- Wired and wireless internet access
- Phone for local and 911 service only
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Electricity
The parking pass fee for the residence hall is $100.00 per term. It is required if you're bringing a car to campus.
Students living in the residence hall are required to participate in the Union Market meal plan. View the meal plan page for more information.
