Facilities and Equipment
The Wellness Center has what you need to get into shape and stay that way! We have treadmills, elliptical machines, upright and recumbent bikes, Matrix strength machines, free weights and functional fitness equipment: stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls and TRX. Our facility includes a full court gymnasium, studio, rejuvenation room, and locker rooms with showers.
