Western will be upgrading the MyWestern Student Information System from Thursday, Dec. 24-Wednesday, Jan. 6. During that time, some of the features of your student portal will not be accessible. It will also impact some important services including:
Tuition Payment System
During the upgrade, we will not be able to process tuition payments. If you need to make a tuition payment that qualifies for a 2020 federal education tax credit, your payment must arrive at the Cashier’s Office by 3:00 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Charging Books to Financial Aid
The ability to charge spring textbooks to your financial aid starts Monday, Dec. 7. It will not be available during the upgrade, so you are encouraged to plan ahead. It will resume Wednesday, Jan. 6 and extend through Friday, Jan. 22 at 3:00 p.m.
Information regarding the amount of financial aid you are eligible to charge your required books and supplies against can be found on the main page of your MyFinAid account. If you have questions, contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at 608-785-9579 or email@example.com.
When ordering books, you’re encouraged to use the Campus Shop Bookstore online at www.westerntcbooks.com. Choose to have your course materials mailed to your home for a fee, emailed (Access Codes only), or set up a time for curbside pick-up. Curbside pick-up is available Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Order early to avoid delays.
