Plated saladThis course meets state requirements for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe curriculum. 

Book and exam code cost included in the registration fee. Zoom link will be provided for training dates and sent via email; Zoom participants will be required to pick up their book at the La Crosse campus prior to class.

Training is offered in person at the La Crosse campus and online via Zoom. Registration deadline is one week prior to the class start date.

Exams are held in person at La Crosse campus only. A photo ID is required.
