Road to Fitness Challenge 2009
Earn points each time you complete a work-out (20 minutes or longer) at the Wellness Center. Prizes are awarded after you reach the 25 Mile, 55 Mile, and/or 85 Mile point levels. It's as simple as that! Challenge begins February 2nd.
To enroll into Road to Fitness, you must be a member of the Wellness Center and pay a $10 program fee.

Planning Committee for Walking Program
The Wellness Center has started a Student Walking Club at Western. The group is planning to sponsor a campus-wide pedometer-based walking program after spring break.
The Planning Committee’s first meeting of the semester will be Wednesday, January 21st from 4:45 – 5:45p. If you are interested in being a part of the committee, please email kartmanc@westerntc.edu.
