Cardio Blast
A moderate-to-high intensity cardio class utilizing the latest step/floor choreography and turbo charged combinations for the ultimate cardio workout. Add in strength, toning, and flexibility exercises for muscular strength and endurance and you will receive an overall total body workout! Class meets in the gymnasium.
Havin' A Ball
This class will provide individuals with beginner to intermediate levels of fitness with training techniques to help strengthen, stabilize and stretch the body through a full-body routine with the use of stability balls, dumbbell and resistance tubing, and other strength training equipment. Core stabilization, strength and endurance, and posture improvements will be emphasized. Class meets in the gymnasium.
Havin' A Ball & Beyond

Pilates
Pilates is designed to strengthen the body through an intense focus on the body's core and its stabilizing muscles. It also connects the mind and body by utilizing various mind-body movements. You will improve your posture, balance, core strength, flexibility, and breathing. All fitness levels are welcome. Class meets in the gymnasium.
Waterworks!
Water is powerful and soothing, resistant and healing In this water aerobics class you will focus on muscle conditioning that used water's natural resistance. Combined with flexibility and range of motion exercises this class will leave you with balanced development, good postural alignment, and feelings of well being. So come on in, the water's fine.
Yoga Fusion
This class is a unique blend of Yoga and strength training. The class is designed to give a blended class format that integrates mind-body practices with various exercises that will help improve strength, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. Class meets in the gymnasium.

- Attend a class during FREE Trial Week and enter to win a chance to take Fitness Classes for FREE this session. You will earn one entry for every class you attend during FREE Trial Week.
- Session I February 2 March 13 (six week session)
- Session II March 23 May 15 (eight week session)
Members attending at least 75% of classes they are registered for are entitled to a
full refund of their registration fee, and non-members are entitled to a half refund.
*The fitness class member fee applies to individuals who have a Wellness Center membership that covers the duration of the fitness class. The fitness class non-member fee applies to all individuals without a Wellness Center membership or individuals who have a Wellness Center membership that will expire during the fitness class session.
