Mission and Vision
Established in 1972 to support and promote the mission and well being of Western Technical College and its students, the Western Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3) charitable, nonprofit organization. Since inception, total assets have grown to more than $3 million, with the Foundation ranking among the top fifteen percent of successful foundations for public two-year colleges throughout the nation.
